Posting this review on behalf of my mother, as I am also a tenant of the property. DO NOT rent with this company, specifically if you plan to rent one in Hamilton (unless you want them to cause scheduling issues and if you want them to damage your property and do so without saying anything). The bin was delivered one day later than scheduled, and was also picked up one day later than scheduled which caused major issues for deliveries. My mother explained this and the lady of the Hamilton branch blamed her for not answering the phone, even though the delivery and pick up were both BOOKED. The lady also told us that the bin would still be collected on its scheduled day, and it wasn’t. We also had no further correspondence from her that day and had to assume it wasn’t being collected as scheduled. When the bin was collected, I was home when the driver collected the bin, and heard a very large bang on their way out of the driveway. Come to find they have caught our letter box/fence on the way out, ripping it off the main fence between us and our neighbour. Disgusting that a company would do this, and fail to make the homeowner aware. Have added photos of the damage.

Green gorilla was absolutely awesome! The staff were super helpful when I contacted them about questions I had around our driveway and if it would work for the trucks. Everyone I dealt with were super friendly, drop off and pick up was a breeze. All in all a very very pleasant experience and I'm extremely happy with the service! Will be recommending these guys to friends and whānau! Cheers guys!

In a world where waste often piles high, On a Tuesday afternoon, I noticed the sky, When the Green Gorilla truck arrived with grace, I felt a sense of hope as it took its place. Tom, the driver, stepped out with a smile, Polite and professional, he made it worthwhile. Though he ran a bit late, he apologized with care, In that moment, I knew he was all in, aware. With a swing lift machine, he approached with ease, A master of his craft, he aimed to please. The 3m3 gorilla bag, once heavy and full, Was lifted with expertise, effortlessly, like a pull. Grateful, I watched, as the collection was fast, Each movement so smooth, no need for a cast. The worry I had, now faded away, Thanks to Tom and Gorilla Bins, what a stellar display! So here’s to the service, tireless and true, Gorilla Bins shines, and so does Tom too. For anyone seeking this reliable care, I highly recommend, rest assured, they’ll be there. In the dance of our lives, where waste meets the street, Let’s cherish the heroes who make our world neat. With gratitude in my heart, I now proudly proclaim, Tom and the Green Gorilla, forever their name!

Useless. They took bin to wrong suburb 30ks away. They insisted they were at write address. We booked online. How can they get it wrong. Called and spoke to women who couldn't care less. Explained we had people waiting to load bin. As we were paying them. Eventually Bin arrived 3.30pm. Had sent men home by then. Days free pay for them. The Driver couldn't speak English. What a joke. Don't know how they are in business. Never Ever again will we consider or recommend Green Gorilla.

Hired a skip bin over a weekend. Booked online and arrived exactly when said. Excellent service, great communication and so easy. Price was great, will definitely use again when needed, thank you!
