This is my first time with quinovic as a renter since I usually like to rent a house with a private landlord instead of a property management business and I've been thoroughly surprised at how great this quinovic has been. The property manager Shazia that handles anything regarding the house I rent is absolutely amazing she is so nice and friendly and is so easy to talk to, she also replies promptly to any queries which is great. Vivian street quinovic has an amazing team. I got confused about my rent payments when I first joined and they were so understanding about my mistake and were really nice and friendly to me. I will definitely keep on with quinovic Vivian street. I've had nothing but positive interactions with everyone there.

Shazia has been very helpful and responsive throughout our tenancy. Communication is always clear and friendly, and any issues are dealt with quickly. We appreciate the professional support and have had a positive experience with Quinovic so far.

I have found Shazia to be an exceptional Property Manager because of her very personable approach and her commitment to getting things done efficiently and in a timely manner. Her willingness to listen to you, understand your concerns and give you a solution which works for you, is what makes her different from others. Shazia was particularly helpful when my property suffered storm related damage. Post that event I was overseas. At that time she worked with multiple stakeholders (tenants, project managers, trades people, the insurance company) calmly, and kept me fully informed of the steps she was taking, demonstrating her initiative and experience. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Our experience renting through Shazia at Quinovic has been fantastic! 😊 The entire process moved incredibly fast, and she was always quick to respond to our questions. She truly made the moving experience so much smoother and less stressful.

I stayed at 35 Abel Smith Street for 3 long years, and Quinovic was always very positive to deal with. Although there were some building management issues during my time there, Quinovic Vivian Street tried to deal with things in a positive way, such as building a safe mailroom with lock and key, and dealing with any issues inside the property. I always got positive inspection reports during all 3 years and enjoyed my stay at the residence. I appreciated my interactions with Chance as he was always positive and made sure that I was taken care of and dealt with problems in a timely manner. I wish Chance and Quinovic all the best in their future endeavors as they are a good property management.
