We are so pleased with our Propel Hot Springs Spa Pool that we purchased off Verla at the Albany branch. The salt water system is amazing and so easy to use and maintain. The team at Albany are very helpful and knowledgeable and we would highly recommend them. I don’t know what we’d do without our spa- having active outdoor jobs means that our recovery time is really important. This spa helps so much. Thanks Verla and team. Mia and Glenn

We bought our spa online and the whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. Lee made the ordering process smooth and easy, answering all our questions and keeping us informed along the way. When it came time for installation, Davey was professional, friendly, and did a great job. It's rare to get this level of service anywhere these days, let alone when purchasing remotely. Really impressed — would highly recommend to anyone.

We inherited a hot spring spa pool with our new house and had to get up to speed on spa care fast! Beatrix and the team have been incredible—patiently answering our questions, guiding us over the phone, and responding promptly to emails. Their support has gone above and beyond, and we’re truly grateful. Customer service like this is rare! Thanks team.
