4 days back and forth for a small order only to ask more questions I’ve been in trades for 15 years potters has a big sales team, I shouldn’t have to wait over a week just to get a quote for 15 lengths of stud and some gib.

The worst customer service ever, ridiculous waiting times. So frustrating!!
