I’ve just been into Mitre10 Onehunga, and have experienced the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful… so good! Such a refreshing experience… I don’t normally do reviews, but felt compelled to this time. Excellent staff and store!

Staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and very helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure that you have a great experience, even just for small items. The store carry lots of items despite its compact size. Parking can be challenging at times.

Very very poor experience from the guy who was serving me. He was sarcastic, rolling his and I spent 10 minutes repeating my phone number, over and over and over, was going to hire the Rug doctor. He could have asked me to write my number down but didnt. In the end I thought bugger this, then left abruptly and as I was walking out he chased me out the door! I was genuinely scared and jumped in the car and locked my door. No wonder its always dead as there. Won't ever go back.

Tidy store, friendly staff.. just incredibly hard to find stuff and the directions from staff were vague.. could you create a digital map to help navigate the sprawling aisles?
