This company manufacturer and market the Yale brand of locks . I have been using this front door home lock for several years only due to the large sunk cost. Regret it, the problems associated with obtaining reliable connectivity have been the most frustrating I have experienced with any connectivity product. Improved rating due to great service response.

4 year old door lock that was weather damaged. Got ping pinged between the hardware supplier and builder. Assa Abloy took the ownership for an issue that wasn't really theirs and sent a tech to replace the lock completely at their cost. Probably the best customer service experience I've had this year.

Really happy with the service we recently received after contacting Assa Abloy about UV damage to our Yale door handle & lock keypad escutcheon. We have a 4 year old new-build property and assumed we would likely be outside of warranty period, and had no documentation of the lock or install from our now defunct property developer. They responded promptly to my email and came back with a solution which I was both surprised and very happy to receive - a full replacement free of charge. Not often you get service like this these days.

I'm so impressed with these guy's service. I called them out of the blue about some damage to my lock, that wasn't really their responsibility and they went out of their way to help me solve it. Super friendly, super helpful, would highly recommend!

I can't speak highly enough of the service and response I had from this company when I had a problem with our Yale lock. Incredibly helpful, prompt, amazing communication and a very quick solution. Thank you so much. 5 STARS.
