Parcel sat at the airport for days before being collected. Because of this parcel did not arrive in time for its intended use. NZ post would’ve had it to me by then but unfortunately I don’t get to pick the courier. Called customer service (who you would think were brain dead) - provided them the tracking number so they could get “more information” only to get a series of “I don’t knows” and “all I can see is the same as you” - so massive help obtained, would think customer service would actually have more details than you. Communication is laughable, lady in the phone advised us popping into the ihumatao warehouse on Saturday to see if the parcel was there for us to collect, failing to realise that it would be closed. 5 stars for failure though 👍🏼 stick with the bigger couriers where you can and save yourself the trouble.

It took Freightways nearly 3 weeks to clear a parcel once it arrived into New Zealand even though we supplied all the information required when requested by them prior to it arriving! For more than half of this time it just sat at their depot. We wasted so much time calling and emailing to find out where our parcel was, so frustrating and disappointing.

I am very unhappy with the service. Unknown the address which right in the Auckland city “Albert street” the courier driver keep calling and ask where is the building? How can he get this job possibles Really?? Then leave the parcel at the office for us to pick up outside hours on the weekend. Also called to customer service to find out where is office to come pick up on Saturday but no answer. Next time shouldn’t use this company no more !!

Really easy to find, an absolutely lovely and knowledgeable receptionist, and very friendly staff.

Staff could be a little more customer focused but otherwise got the job done
