We placed our order for tiles on 21st March, and we were promised to deliver in less than a week and one tile in 10 days. They still didn't deliver and just informed us that they forgot to place an order. Just because of this store, we are going to miss our Gruha Pravesh date.

Being a customer since long time, best quality and service ( Pravin Jonnawada suggested with color combination according to the walls in my apartment). Happy to recommend to friends for the future.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Experience, OMG... We placed an order for tiles for our villa about a month ago, and they promised to deliver within 10 days. However, they still haven't delivered, and I have been calling them every other day. They make excuses almost every day, citing festivals, accidents, or unavailability of drivers. Now our project is delayed, and we cannot have the gruha pravesh on the date we planned and invited everyone just because of the false promises made by this store. To the owner of this store, we have been dealing with a salesman named "Sumanth Krishna." I asked him to share your contact information, but he didn't. Please contact us if you care about your customers. To fellow customers, DON'T ORDER FROM THIS STORE; RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE unless you want to deal with headaches. I am considering filing a cheating case against this store now. Update 1: The salesman's name is Sumanth Krishna, not RamaKrishna. When I called, I was told by your assistant that Pinank Patel is busy and cannot talk. Update 2: Thank you, Pinank Patel, for at least responding on WhatsApp. I appreciate it. At least you care about your shop. Update 3: The salesman just called and said the tiles we ordered will take more time and asked us to select another tile. Imagine this happening to yourself: you place an order, follow up, and they promise immediate delivery. After almost a month, they call and say they cannot deliver it.

My review was 5 star few months before when I have visited for the first time. But the service is pathetic. Never deliver on time. Even after 1 month of follow up and complaint, things did not work and the staff are very rude. Even they make mistakes in bills, so check your bills properly and take proper timeline on their letter head and even transport charges. With me, they even delivered wrong material.

The shop had very limited stock. They charge more than what is in the bill. But you will not know this till later. I paid the amount as per the rates quoted by the person incharge and was told that I will get the bill along with the delivery of tiles. As I said the billing amount was lower than I paid for. When I called and asked I was told that they always show lower o the billing. Then I was referred to a tile fixing mason (Mr Kailash). or so I thought. The person was a contractor who sent some other mason to do the job. Work was hopeless and slow. I do not recommend the shop and also do not use their mason.
