It's located in the Embassy Tech Village campus on Outer Ring Road. This is a huge campus, but very pretty with high rise swanky buildings and lots of greenery and common areas. They have ample cafeteria, coffee shops, outdoor gyms and many other facilities. And buildings and grounds are wheelchair accessible.

Flipkart Support is proof that replying and resolving are two completely different departments. Raised an issue, did endless follow-ups, received premium-quality automated sympathy messages… and still no actual support. At this point, even my food delivery apps show more urgency than Flipkart customer care. Would not recommend if you value time, sanity, or functioning blood pressure.

Since there is no easy place to post a review about the installation team, I’m posting it here. Hopefully this will get their attention It’s not for the product but this review is for the horrible installation team. They were supposed to install AC unit on Apr 19th Sunday, but took one whole week and finally installed on Apr 25th Saturday. Every single day, I would get a message from Flipkart and Jeeves with details of installation person, but no one showed up and when I tried to reach them, wouldn’t answer during the day. The worst part is the installation guy would call between 10.30pm - 11.30pm multiple times, if the call is not answered. I don’t know why they would call around that time and so late in the night. Seriously someone educate them. They didn’t come during the day, and it’s not like they could come and install so late in the night. Why the need for a call? It felt like borderline harassment. When called Flipkart support team, they didn’t do anything either. Utterly disappointed, will never recommend anyone to buy products from Flipkart, coz customer is at the installation team’s mercy and they said product warranty will be canceled if we get it installed via third party.

This delay is entirely due to Flipkart negligence. My order was originally supposed to be delivered on 8th July, but the delivery date was changed to 10th July. Even now, no delivery agent has been assigned. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of proper planning and customer care. If Flipkart was unable to meet the promised delivery date, it should have communicated the reason instead of repeatedly postponing the delivery. Please take responsibility, assign a delivery agent immediately, and deliver my order without any further delay.

Wrost flipkart &e kart logistics courier service in khammam 507002. no staff, No response, No respect to customers. Never recruite new delivery persons Full stocked in delivery parcels in khammam flipkart e kart logistics hub in pedda thanda. Completely irrespective responce staff. Roodly behaviour with negligence to customers. Past I am flipkart customer but visit the hub today never trust flipkart it's wrostly service.
