I have been a loyal Gold Member of Louis Philippe for years, but my recent experience with Order SA182512355 has been nothing short of a scam. I ordered a Green Classic Fit Print Formal Shirt for ₹2,469.93. Instead, I received a third-grade, unbranded tan shirt that looks like it was picked up from a footpath. The Fraudulent Logic: I ordered 4 products in this single order. While the other 3 were correct, this specific shirt was replaced with a cheap substitute. When I raised the issue (immediately upon my return from a work trip abroad), the brand hid behind a script saying their 'dispatch was intact.' How can a brand claim 'rigorous checks' when 25% of an order is a completely different, unbranded item? The Service Nightmare: Despite my premium status and providing an NCH Docket (8749943), the support team is playing games. One agent promises a review; the next sends a rejection email 15 minutes later. They demand 'unboxing videos' from customers but refuse to show their own 'packing videos' to prove they actually put the right item in the box. Verdict: Do not be fooled by the 'Gold' or 'Premium' branding. ABFRL is happy to take your hard-earned money and deliver garbage. If you value your money and your peace of mind, stay away. I am moving my case to the Consumer Forum.

Worst website to shop from. Products look genuine and then you buy. When received, quality isn’t close to genuine at all. They will say easy returns. I returned. The guy picked up the products, next day brought them back saying the otp isn’t being accepted. What rubbish!

Delivery date was 15 October 2024, but till today I.e. 17 October I’ve not received my order whereas I’ve made full online payment in advance whilst ordering.
