This is one of the nicest CCD I’ve been. They got ample number of dining area, both indoor and outdoor for any size of groups. They got dedicated parking space for 2 wheelers and atleast 4-6 cars in front of the cafe. Staff are polite and humble. I visited there with my year old daughter and she had ample space to play around.

We visited this branch late in the evening for some quality family time and loved sitting in the spacious outdoor area under the trees. The warm lighting and peaceful, breezy nighttime atmosphere made it a safe, relaxed, and incredibly comfortable spot to sit back and chat together. The coffee was excellent, the snacks were served warm and fresh, and the staff was polite and accommodating to our group. It is the perfect open-air environment for a casual family wind-down after dinner, and the great ambiance makes it well worth the visit!

Ordered Mango Tres Leches, got "Tres Molds" instead! ​Visited CCD Cunningham Road today expecting a nice sweet treat, but was instead presented with an active, thriving ecosystem on my Mango Tres Leches. Turns out the extra topping of the day was actual, visible fungus. ​I knew CCD stood for Cafe Coffee Day, but I didn't realize it also doubled as a biology lab for culturing penicillin. Zero stars for hygiene and quality control. Check your food twice before taking a bite here

Today I visited Cafe Coffee Day at Cunningham Road with my family. While I appreciate the concept introduced by V. G. Siddharth sir, the outlet’s maintenance was very poor. The AC was not working, and the overall upkeep needs attention. Though the staff was polite, the response from management was disappointing. With strong competition from Third Wave Coffee, it is important to maintain better standards. Kindly take necessary action and improve the overall experience...
