Pathetic service. It's been five days past the expected delivery date and I haven't received the order yet. It has perishable items but they could care less about that. Upon checking with the customer care they could not even guarantee the delivery date. When I asked them to tell me which store the order is at they shared the wrong address with me. Overall worst experience with Blue dart. Now I have to go to another address to pick up my order which I don't even know is available there or not. Would not recommend their services to anyone.

Worst courier service experience ever. Blue Dart has absolutely pathetic customer support. I tried calling so many times but no one bothers to receive the call. What is the point of giving a customer care number if you never answer it? There is zero responsibility and no proper communication. Customers are left helpless with no updates and no support. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you cannot handle customer queries, then stop claiming you provide customer support. Very disappointing service. Will never recommend to anyone.

If I could give this place a negative rating I will gladly do so. Since last three days they have saying that delivery was attempted but no one came. When I went to the center they were hiding my parcel. It was a paid for parcel worth Rs. 6000/- and I left frustrated with their attitude. Yet they do not give a damn. Even the top management does not particular care about small retail customers.

Recently visited the Blue Dart courier office in Andheri West to inquire about sending a parcel. The office looked organized and the staff members explained the courier process clearly. The service counter handled customers efficiently and the overall experience seemed smooth. The location is convenient for people living or working around DN Nagar.

Horrible experience.. waiting for my shipment to be delivered since 15th may and it is important document. Have complained on customer care 10 times, absolutely no response.
