Superb brand, great people,everyone treated very friendly,office environment the best I have seen people working here for more then 15years and indeed it’s worth it Office location front is temple behind is sea you get peace both the ways The office employees are superb very much friendly Office is not office but in other words a second beautiful home.

Their service is pathetic. The charges are very high but service is worse than local agencies. In our society they were hired for facility management last month and since then its all messed up. None of the daily routines happen on time. No one bothers to respond or even acknowledge the queries. Complaints remain unattended for weeks. No other bothers to respond even on urgent complaints. I will never recommend their services and will strongly object to my society while renewing their contract.

Horrible unprofessional services. We used them for our initial society set up and hand over take over from the builder at Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. However, K&F services turned up a total disaster. They could not till date have an effective hand over take over process through their VP Mr. Swapnil Nahar. They supply man power who are fresher and charges too high fees of management but we have to do all it by ourself. Basic accounting, documents, services trackers like lift AMC, feedback from the society members are not at all carried out by them. The documents are copied from different companies and implemented. In short their brand name is not effective for the society in line with the MNC. Please avoid their services.

The worst maintenance service/response time I have ever had to encounter. No value for the maintenance I pay at L&T Emerald Isle.
