I genuinely expected a much better experience with my first order from Ugaoo, but unfortunately, it turned out to be extremely disappointing. My order number is #673023, worth ₹8,000, and right from the beginning, the problems started. The planter I received was broken. After several follow-ups, I was finally sent a replacement, but that too was of very poor quality, flimsy, and without its base plate. To make things worse, the replacement was so small that it was of no use for the plant it was meant for. The entire replacement process dragged on for almost three weeks, and in the meantime, I had to purchase a new planter elsewhere because my plant was dying. The Monstera plant I received was also not in good condition. At the time of delivery, its leaves were already unhealthy with brown corners, and within a short time, one of the leaves turned yellow despite my giving it proper care (watering minimally, cleaning leaves, etc.). When I raised my concern, I was only told that the plant was “stressed during transit” and that there was no issue. Instead of support, guidance, or even considering a replacement, my request was simply ignored. To add to this disappointment, when I posted my honest review on your website, you didn’t even publish it. This makes me feel that Ugaoo deliberately hides genuine customer feedback and misleads new customers with only selective positive reviews. Overall, from the damaged delivery to the poor replacement, unhealthy plant, long delays, lack of customer support, and dishonest review practices, my first experience with Ugaoo has been truly terrible. I had planned to place more orders, but after this, I doubt I will ever order again—and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to others.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ugaoo. I ordered a Neon Money Plant (pothos), but I received a completely different plant. The plant delivered has a bushy growth pattern with oval leaves, whereas a money plant is a trailing vine with heart-shaped leaves. Even after sharing multiple clear photos as proof, their team kept insisting that the delivered plant is correct, which is factually incorrect. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they denied replacement or refund. This is not a minor variation but a completely different plant type. Very unprofessional response and poor customer support. I would not recommend buying plants from here if basic plant identification itself is incorrect. Attaching images for reference.

This has to one of the worst brands in online plant nursery and gardening space. i have purchased subscription for 3 months delivery and that would be my last order for this company. i found following issues with plants and overall service. 1. One of the worst packaging. plants were almost dead by the time they reached doorstep. 2. Nothing premium about this brand if you compare with what you see on website kyari does way better job for sure. 3. dont have any tracking or clue about how subscription works you have to keep sending email to check if order is dispatched. i am struggling to get my plants delivered from past 10 days and customer service is absolutely sleeping over it with false promises.

I ordered a croton plant online from Ugaoo for Rs 899….I received a defective plant on 4th july…I immediately informed the ugaoo customer care ..they said they’ll send a replacement…still now no update of dispatch.every day im given the timeline of 24hrs..saying it will be dispatched.Ive to remind them everyday but no response.Worst ever experience.I would request the buyers to see my review and stop getting plant from Ugaoo.Worst customer support.

Had a disappointing experience after buying an anthurium plant from Blinkit. It arrived in poor shape, with several leaves yellowing and burnt. Ugaoo’s customer support gave a generic response, saying it would recover in a few days, but the condition only worsened. By the time I tried to return it, the Blinkit return window had already closed.
