Reporting a very very bad experience with Fenesta window company. Extremely unprofessional. They pursue you relentlessly with false promises. They take an order only after full payment has been made. Weeks have passed but no sign of delivery or any concrete news. Today they tell me they are yet to come and take final measurements when that was already done weeks before. Difficult to believe so many lies they speak. Now my money is stuck. Extremely frustrating. Everyday they have a new story - please be cautious with your money and don’t foolishly trust them or their word. Just sharing my experience and a word of caution.

Even product may be good but delivery position is worst. Why so much of time every time?
