Review for AIS Windows – Order ID: AIS-QT-00046533-R3 My experience with AIS Windows has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Everything was smooth and professional until the payment was made — after that, the service completely fell apart. Communication became almost nonexistent, and getting any proper update has been a constant struggle. The quotation was later changed, and we are now suffering because of their internal mismanagement. Since placing the order in November 2025, there is still no resolution. We’ve been forced to follow up endlessly, wasting our time and energy. Mr. Abhay from the South Delhi Experience Centre has been especially unhelpful — only excuses and delays, no accountability. This has been an unprofessional and highly unreliable experience. I strongly warn others to think twice before making any advance payment to AIS Windows.

The AIS team was professional and experienced in handling few issues that we faced during installation. Vivek, the territory service engineer, was extremely helpful and promptly responded to all our queries. We had a smooth handover...overall satisfied with the entire experience
