Professional AV and VC boardroom setup by Business Octane at RITES India Limited. Very professional audio-video integration, clear display quality, smooth camera performance, and excellent conference experience. The complete setup looks modern and works very smoothly.

I had a very disappointing experience with the security guard at this location. Unfortunately, his behavior was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. From the moment I approached the entrance, he displayed a rude and arrogant attitude, speaking in a condescending tone and acting as though he was above everyone else. Instead of politely explaining the rules or offering assistance, he barked orders and seemed to enjoy intimidating visitors. When I tried to ask a simple question for clarification, he interrupted me and responded dismissively. His body language—rolling his eyes, crossing his arms aggressively, and refusing to listen—made the situation even more uncomfortable. He even chased me to attack and stop me from filming. Security personnel are meant to ensure safety and maintain order, but they should also treat people with respect and professionalism. Arrogance and misbehavior only create unnecessary tension and leave visitors with a negative impression of the establishment. I strongly suggest that management address this issue and provide proper training in customer service and communication. Professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way in creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

If you wish to get poor quality for your project and with cost overruns, then you must hire this company. Pathetic collection of professionals who are highly unprofessional. Surviving only because it is backed by Govt of India.
