NBCC (India) Limited

Located in the heart of South Delhi, NBCC Bhawan on Lodhi Road serves as the headquarters for National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited. Having visited recently, I was thoroughly impressed by both its strategic positioning and overall infrastructure. Situated right opposite the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium and close to the serene Lodhi Gardens, the location is exceptionally convenient. Connectivity is seamless, with the JLN Stadium Metro Station (Violet Line) just a short walk away. The building itself reflects a professional government setup—well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. The premises feature ample green space around the main block, making the atmosphere surprisingly pleasant for a commercial hub. Security protocols at the entry gates are prompt and systematic. Inside, the visitor management process is efficient, and the administrative staff, as well as the security personnel, are courteous and helpful. The office areas are organized, bright, and feature good signage, making navigation straightforward even for first-time visitors. Parking can get slightly tight during peak business hours, but the surrounding areas usually offer manageable alternatives. Overall, NBCC Bhawan stands out as a prime example of well-managed PSU infrastructure in Delhi. Whether you are visiting for official meetings, administrative work, or vendor engagements, the clean environment, disciplined workforce, and superb connectivity make for a hassle-free and positive experience. Highly recommended for its operational standards and corporate accessibility.

Invest in NBCC if you're prepared for a long wait — possibly 10 to 15 years — to receive possession of your flat. So far, neither NBCC nor the Supreme Court-appointed receiver has been able to deliver any tangible progress in Verona Heights. Also, take a close look at the quality of Mivan construction in Crystal Homes before making any decisions
