I am a customet of Kalptaru and in My exp with Kalptaru is Pathetic and they are a third grade developer. They Just want money and nothing more. They have been not only demanding 100% payment but also Maintenence without showing the flat. Pathetic customer care team. Better avoid

Good, located closer to Thane railway station. Also have parking on the street. KPIL Office is located in 4th and 6th floor of the building.
