Worst consumer service experience in latest model purchased last year June. No service provided entire year. Their customer care center and app as well whatsapp is vicious loop or trap. They got wrong primary number and there is no way to change it. Been struggling since 3 months. I renewed AMC by paying additional 6k but still no-one came to service. They have something leak which I don't know but when request is raised some fraudester which contact you for paid installation. Today entire day couple of us in family tried to connect (10+ calls) and have service but we only got promises and no one came for service. So we are on same filter since last 13 months. Finally raised complaint on national consumer Helpline. Let's c how it goes It was good company but with so many complications it is worst now. Surely I will go for other products than Eureka Forbes in future, it's nightmare.

Worst experience! Sailendra does not answer calls after picking up unit and not providing refund. It has been 5 months and sales person is absconding.

FRAUD! Do not buy from here. He will take your money and not pick up any calls. I paid Rs. 20,000 and then he blocked my number.

It's pathetic. Mr. Badshah Khan who has my annual contract is not a reliable technian to work with. His services are very unreliable with no manpower.

I had purchased an Eureka Forbes - AQUAGUARD CHAMP RO+UV water purifier in January 2025. I am very disappointed with the way warranty services are being handled. At the time of purchase, I was assured of two free services under warranty, but no proactive scheduling was done. I had to raise a complaint myself before the first service visit was arranged. The second warranty service is still pending, yet after I paid for the AMC contract (even though my warranty is valid until January 2026), the company scheduled the first AMC service visit. This is completely unfair — AMC services should only begin after the warranty period ends. It feels like the company is more interested in collecting AMC money than honoring warranty commitments. Skipping warranty services and pushing AMC services in advance shows poor customer focus and lack of accountability.
