one time, I've visited Team lease for an interview. I was fully prepared, had a bunch of hopes to pass the interview, until I saw a woman in the company. idk I guess she might works there and she was quite tall and lean gracefully. While sitting in the reception waiting for my slot, I had been admiring that DIVA, instead of recalling the studied questions. Later as the interview started, the HR began asking me questions, unfortunately my dumb ahh mind went blank and I blurted out most of the time, as a result I fumbled the interview. TBF I would not blame that woman for my failure, she just had been innocently too good, it was my fault for not talking to DIVA and failed to complete both my main and side quests.

I was selected for the Payroll position, but the HR completely failed to handle the process professionally. She did not discuss the salary at the beginning and instead requested my experience details, education certificates, payslips, and other documents without any clarity. It took me a lot of effort to collect and submit all these documents. Only after that did she start talking about the salary, which turned out to be unsatisfactory. This clearly shows poor planning and lack of transparency. The HR, Ramya, did not even understand basic salary components such as CCA and questioned them with confusion. Her approach showed a lack of knowledge and professionalism. She tried to appear smart, but it came across as overconfidence without proper understanding. Overall, this was a very bad and frustrating experience. I wasted my time and had high hopes, which were completely disappointed.

The initial communication with HR was good and the first round of interview was conducted smoothly. However, the experience during the second round was disappointing — the interviewer joined late and attended the interview virtually from her desk with constant disturbances, as colleagues were interrupting and conversations were happening in between. This created an unprofessional interview environment. After the interview, there was no proper follow-up from HR despite being promised an update within two days. Eventually, after repeated follow-ups, I was informed that the position was on hold, which could have been communicated earlier with better transparency.

No project assigned even after joining, and credentials are still not provided. Lack of communication from HR. Needs improvement in onboarding process. Providing fake offer letters . Following since 28th march yet no response no call back
