Have Given my car Today on 23rd Aug 2025, White Tiago for denting painting work, Before the job work - Pics attached. On assurance of good work from Ms. Asha & Mr. Numan, have taken this step. will further update once the job gets completed about the work quality. its 1 star or 5 star.

PITCREW IS A BIG CHEAT. I gave my BMW car for servicing and for checking the roof cloth which was leaving its place. After carrying out the Servicing they gave me an estimate of the roof cloth pasting estimate as 21500/- and for only repair of the sunglass piece as 8500/- I requested them not to do the same as I found it to be extremely expensive. But to my horror they removed the cloth which I received in torn condition. They also took the payment on line just to ensure that they have no problem while delivery of the car. I will request you not to come into get the car repaired from them as they are a big cheat. You will land up paying more than expected and their intension is to put you at an inconvenient spot where you are helpless and perforce go back to them and pay more. Regards Brig Jatinder Singh

Unprofessional approach.. Don't ever leave your car at such workshops as they hardly care about your car. Had a bad experience. Left coolant covers open which had resulted in overheating and finally crashed.. Compare to service charges at dedicated company charges,they don't charge less. They just provide poor service that's why the rate difference is there. After few days I also felt like some other parts have also been replaced with poor ones as they might be requiring them for other cars. Suggest not to visit such places.

Geat work...These guys are amazing. I was having problems with the engine of my car after an accident. Found them on google! Their customer service is excellent, they kept me informed throughout, were friendly & reliable and had my car back to me like new within few days. Mechanics are highly professional. Well done guys..

On 07-Nov-2022, I took my car for general service. I had very bad experience with them. 1. There is no place for customer waiting. 2. There is on shed, where broken chairs are dump and asked to wait. Dirty smell of rats is coming. 3. No water to drink. 4. They charge me Rs 4,000 for the service which is totally not value. 5. Didn't do all the check-points which were shown in starting. 6, Washing is not good. Mud is left in side panels.
