“Unreliable Service & Useless IVR Support” “Paid for Two, Got One – No Resolution” I ordered and paid for 2 tailgate struts through this app. After 5 days, only one was delivered within the same city, and the order was marked as delivered. No information about the other part. There is no proper way to raise a query, and the IVR support is useless. Very poor service – you pay and wait, and if something goes wrong, there’s no support.

This is worst company, I ordered car spare parts 15 days back till now I didn’t receive my order. Cash on delivery is not available. No proper customer care number. Estimated date of delivery is keep on posted. In Track information it is showing that we tried to place. But nobody called me. Still waiting for my order.

The company has been very helpful in assisting to track my order and has successfully delivered the product even though there was an delivery issue they have really took the effort to work with their delivery partner and made sure the product have reach the customer. I vouch for them as a legit company that cares about customer and the quality of the products they deliver.
