Ripoff. Used to be good now they shake every nickel out of your pocket for everything you want. Extra for a dip, charge extra for a drink. The drink is the dumbest ripoff because they claim its because of the "soda tax" which is just adding PST, a charge that would amount to an extra 10-12 cents at best, so they charge an extra 3.30 for no reason aside from stealing your money. Wont be a regular customer here every again because who could afford that garbage.

I have lived in Vancouver for 55 yrs now whitespot was always a treat 100 times better then McDonald's and in the day the only comparable was A&W because they used to do drive in service on rollerskates But that was a long time ago. Today, I took my son to whitespot pick up. we drove in ordered right away, tipped smiles all around Then the server dissappears and were left waiting 45 min for 2 over priced stone cold burgers that I had to get off of a cold stainless steel table I'm not sure when whitespot downgraded their quality and service, but it's not exclusive to this northroad establishment I think it's going to be a while until the next time I come here I hope someone who matters reads this and addresses the issues before people turn to McDonald's before the spot I'm sure Nat would be proud

Hi, I want to voice my unhappiness over your very recent closure of White Spot in Edmonton AB at the Four Points on Ellerslie. I am orginally from BC and truly enjoyed your food. Upon my trip today to this location I found out you closed earlier than you were supposed to. I don’t understand that there use to be two or three locations in Edmonton and area no there are NONE!!!! Not a happy customer 😡😡😡

We had burgers onboard the ferry from Horseshoe Bay to Nanaimo. Excellent as always and great counter staff too.

Was trying to get in Restarant for a bite to eat no one out front to seat me waited about 14 minutes to no avail staff was out talking in the back and couldn’t care less about me waiting. I would not return again to a white spot restaurant
