Yesterday, on June 29, I had a great conversation with the staff about the FIFA World Cup while I was waiting for my pizza. They are always friendly, and their prices are quite fair.

I don't understand, I'm assuming the default is well done. I'm really curious as to what you get when you ask for a well-done Pizza. For sure this place has no such thing as a lightly baked pizza. You know your pizza is overcooked when your pepperonis are crunchy. I do not like crunchy pepperoni.

I’m very disappointed with the garlic cheese finger I received .They were extremely thick and doughy with very little cheese on top. The quality and presentation were not good at all. This is not what I usually expect.

I’ve ordered from this Pizza Pizza location multiple times, and every time I specifically ask for plates—they never include them. If plates aren’t available, that’s fine, but at least communicate that instead of ignoring the request. It’s frustrating to keep getting the same experience. Food is okay, but the attention to simple customer requests definitely needs improvement.
