Urgent - Worst experience ever! I am writing as one of the owner of Unit 2310 – 28 Harrison Garden Blvd to formally raise serious and ongoing concerns that require immediate attention. We have experienced repeated issues with the security concierge Ram, including impolite, disrespectful, and unhelpful behavior. In addition, he has created inaccurate and misleading incident reports that falsely accuse us of various matters. When we contacted property management (Susan M. Parsan) to resolve these concerns, instead of receiving assistance, we were harassed during a phone call. We then approached Kismat, who we later learned is Ram’s supervisor, to report: • Ram’s ongoing inappropriate conduct, and • The harassment we experienced from property management (Susan M. Parsan) During this conversation, Kismat confirmed that Ram has received multiple complaints from other residents and that he was formally warned last year—which is unacceptable, as his behavior has continued. Due to the seriousness of this matter, we requested that Kismat provide the names and contact information of the Board of Directors so we could raise these concerns directly. Kismat refused, stating that he was not allowed to share this information without Susan’s approval. We then asked Kismat to forward our contact information to the Board and request that they contact us directly. Kismat again refused, stating that doing so could cause him to lose his job, as Susan is also his manager. Please note: everything regarding the Susan M Parsan’s harassment issue has been reported to Kismat, and it is his responsibility as the site supervisor to inform the Board of Directors of these serious concerns. To ensure this request was properly documented, we sent a formal email to Kismat asking him to forward our information to the Board of directors. In his written response, Kismat stated: “I just found out that I don’t have permission to contact the Board of Directors without Susan’s approval. She is the only person authorized to communicate with the Board. I’m extremely sorry.” We also submitted a complaint regarding Susan M. Parsan to Del Property Management, and the Director of Operations, Olta Velaj called me and responded stating that this incident ( Susan’s Harassment) “does not fall under Del Property Management.” This makes no sense, as Del Property Management hired Susan M. Parsan, and Olta Velaj is the person she reports to. As the owners of Unit 2310, we have the right to raise serious and urgent matters—particularly those involving harassment—directly with the Board of Directors. Being blocked from accessing the Board when the complaint involves management itself is unreasonable and unacceptable. We are therefore formally requesting immediate follow-up and that the Board of Directors contact us directly as soon as possible to address: • The ongoing issues with security staff Ram • The harassment experienced from property management Susan M Parsan • The obstruction of our right, as unit owners, to communicate with the Board and the Security Site Supervisor not reporting this urgent matter to his manager We expect prompt attention to this urgent matter.

Guard world driver tail gaiting flashing high beams in the right most lane in high traffic and he also gave the hand motions 👉👌. Here’s his license plate from 12/04/25 at 6:30pm. Great choice of reputation for your company.

Respect should always be the foundation of any service — especially when dealing with users and drivers who depend on professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, my recent experience with an employee of Guarda was the complete opposite. This employee, with white hair, completely lost control during our interaction. Instead of listening or finding a reasonable solution, he insulted me in every possible way. His words were harsh, dismissive, and summed up in one shocking phrase: “It is my way or no way.” Such behavior is unacceptable. No user or driver should ever be treated with such disrespect. We expect patience, professionalism, and basic courtesy, not aggression or personal insults. If this is how Guarda chooses to let its employees treat people, then it raises a serious question: Is this really the standard of respect and service they stand for? This was by far the worst employee I have ever dealt with. Absolutely no respect. Unbelievable. This happened at the airport of Montreal on sunday november 28th at the departures around 14h45. This is not a good way to treat people.

I just came very close to being hit by a woman driver and a guard a truck. I was on my bike waiting for my turn to cross the street at the corner. She stopped at the stop sign I moved. She looked right at me and did not stop thank God I’m on an electric bike and was able to use my throttle to get out of our way. Two cars stopped. One of them said she he was going to try to get The license plate number, but the truck took off so fast and blew a bunch of lights and so it was impossible funny to think a company you’re hiring to guard you almost killed me on my bike tonight Montreal on Notre Dame at about 8:05 PM on my way home from taking care of seniors.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to bring to your attention an incident involving one of your drivers on December 16, 2024, at approximately 12:20 AM EST. in Mississauga Ontario. The incident occurred while the driver was traveling westbound in the left lane on Courtneypark Dr. W. The driver was traveling at an estimated speed of 80-90 km/h in a 60 km/h zone. While doing so, they approached a vehicle in front at an unsafe following distance of approximately one second. The driver then executed a sudden lane change to the right without proper clearance, narrowly missing my vehicle, which was positioned alongside the rear of a GardaWorld armored truck. At the traffic light at Courtneypark and Hurontario St., I addressed the driver regarding their unsafe driving behavior, mentioning that such conduct was reckless. The individual in question, an Asian male, dismissed my concerns and laughed in response, appearing to find the situation amusing. After proceeding through the intersection, I attempted to take a photo of the vehicle’s unit number and license plate. However, the driver escalated the situation by engaging in road rage, repeatedly slamming their brakes to a complete stop, presumably to prevent me from capturing the vehicle's details. This behavior is unacceptable and poses a significant safety risk to the public. Speeding, tailgating at unsafe distances, making dangerous lane changes, and engaging in road rage by abruptly stopping are all highly unprofessional actions that reflect poorly on your company and jeopardize its reputation. I hope your vehicles are equipped with GPS and dash cameras that can verify the driver's speed, sudden movements (e.g., harsh cornering), and repeated brake applications after passing Hurontario St. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. I trust you will take the necessary steps to investigate this incident and ensure that such behavior is not repeated in the future. Nevertheless, Mississauga Operations office is taking this very lightly and rudely drop the call when I was trying to address the issue. Sincerely,
Is this your business?
