Deepanshu from 2 sonic Best reviews for Mr Ibrahim from 2 sonic I had the pleasure of living at Sonic Two in North York for four years, and I can honestly say it was one of the best living experiences I’ve had. The building is exceptionally well maintained—neat, clean, smoke-free, secure, and very well managed, with an excellent executive atmosphere. The reception and overall service are outstanding, and the staff consistently make residents feel welcomed and well taken care of. I would especially like to recognize Mr. Deepa and Mr. Ibrahim, who are both highly competent, professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. Their dedication and excellent service truly make a difference. Sonic Two is a wonderful building, and I have always been proud to call it home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, well-managed, and professional residential environment in North York. Thank you, Mr. Deepa and Mr. Ibrahim, and also Mrs Laura Manager for making my four years at Sonic Two such a positive experience. I will always have very fond memories of this building.

My name is Aldo, and I have served on the Board at WaterParkCity for over 12 years. During that time, we have had a number of property managers come and go. Most recently, our building was managed by Manjinder Singh for three years before he was promoted and moved to another property. He left a lasting impression on our community through his professionalism, attention to detail, dedication, and genuine commitment to the building. We certainly miss his presence here, although we are fortunate to have Kelly-Anne, our current Property Manager, who has been with waterparkcity for over eight years and previously worked as our Administrator. We don't often get the opportunity to recognize our property managers and the hard work they do, so I wanted to take this opportunity to acknowledge Manjinder. He wasn't just an excellent manager—he is also an outstanding human being. He always took the time to connect with residents and the Board, and he approached every situation with empathy, understanding, and professionalism. I still keep in touch with him, and he continues to respond as promptly and helpfully as he always did. Being a good manager is important, but it is consistency that truly defines great leadership. Manjinder has consistently demonstrated that quality throughout his career, and I have no doubt he will continue to achieve great success. I look forward to seeing him become a Regional Director one day. Thank you, Manjinder, for everything you did for waterparkcity. Your hard work and dedication made a lasting difference, and your contributions will always be appreciated.

Tanu and the front desk team at our Burlington location are awesome. They are always helpful and on the ball. I feel very safe here taking our dog out sometimes early in the morning and late in the evening when they are here. No problem ever seems to big or small and is resolved quickly by her and the staff here. The cleaning team also does an exceptional job keeping the property looking spectacular. Thanks to all involved!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about the outstanding management team here! A huge thank you to Ms. Linda, Ms. Sukhreet, and Mr. Arun for their incredible support, professionalism, and prompt responses. They handled our unit matters with so much efficiency and care, making the entire process incredibly smooth and welcoming. It is truly wonderful to have such a dedicated, pleasant, and helpful team always ready to resolve issues and look after the residents. Five stars all the way for their amazing customer service! I had an excellent experience working with Ms. Frenki Karaj, the Property Manager at Artform Condos. She is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the residents. Every interaction has been pleasant, and she always responds promptly while handling concerns efficiently and with a positive attitude. Her dedication to maintaining the property and ensuring everything runs smoothly is truly appreciated. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service.
