The install of the pool went extremely well and everyone involved were courteous and professional. Everything was explained clearly and I was given a checklist to make sure the next steps for the installation went smoothly.

UPDATE: they replied to our review to call them, left a voicemail 2 days ago... no call back. Again. Extremely disappointed with the service from such a large company. They are great when you are buying something new, but the moment you need a repair or after-sales support, they completely disappear. They processed our payment within 24 hours, but it has now been 2 months of chasing them down. No callbacks, no updates, and absolutely no service for what we already paid for. It shouldn't take two months of silence to get a repair done. Unacceptable customer care.

Worst customer service experience period. Highly unprofessional and disorganized. Next to impossible to reach them and when I finally do reach them they say they will get back to you and they simply do not. Their departments do not talk to one another. Clearly, it is a one big mess internally with no importance put on customer experience. On top of that when they installed my pool, they left a huge mess and did not clean up anything. Boxes were thrown all over my property, tree branches cut without asking permission, used food items and coffee cups left all over my property. What a mess! My pool is still not working and they do not return phone calls or emails to come to fix it. I do not recommend them for any product requiring any form of customer support or installation. Shocking given that this is supposed to be their main business.

We purchased a 21-ft above ground pool and had it installed by their team. They also required full payment before even delivering the pool. Unfortunately, the installation was done very poorly, with several major issues. This is the third pool we’ve purchased, and we’ve never experienced this type of poor service or workmanship before. The Director of Customer Service reviewed the photos we sent and admitted that the installation was poorly done, promising the issues would be addressed the next day. However, we never heard back despite multiple calls, emails, and follow-ups. We eventually had to return to the store in person. Communication has been extremely unprofessional, and the installer who came to address the issues was very rude and unprofessional instead of properly fixing the problems. Very disappointing customer service and installation experience. Buyers beware — based on our experience, we would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

This store did not stock the exact replacement part I needed so I bought their recommended substitute. Did not fit. I tried to return it to another club piscine location but they refused as it is owned by a different owner than the club piscine dealer I bought the part from. Not impressed by this policy. When I buy from 1 Canadian Tire or Rona etc., I can return it to any other CT or Rona. Apparently not with Club Piscine. And of course they do not advertise this limitation in their return policy. Won't be shopping Club Piscine again if I can avoid it. I'm curious whether Trevi has this big limitation.
