I’ve had a fantastic experience with Terminix Ontario, thanks to Amanda. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her communication is excellent, and she’s always punctual, which makes scheduling and service visits seamless. Amanda truly goes above and beyond to ensure the job is done quickly and efficiently. She has a sharp eye for identifying where critters are getting in and takes the time to properly address and correct those issues. What I appreciate most is how she explains everything clearly and shares helpful insights, so I better understand the process and how to prevent future problems. I’m very grateful to have Amanda servicing our home throughout the year. Her dedication and expertise give me peace of mind knowing our home stays critter-free. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service! The whole service team has been fantastic, but shout out to Adam Harker. He was responsive and very thoughtful handing a family of raccoon babies in our attic and again helping with a squirrel. He was extremely professional with his work. Thanks Adam!

Quality Assurance & Reliability Still Exists...in some industries! We can't say enough about Adam Harker at Terminix here in Toronto. We've been working with Adam since 2021 in our battle with the city's most notorious and undomesticated pet "peeve"....the Raccoon! And although the raccoons have continued to test our patience, we remain virtuous for one reason only and that is Adam Harker. As a wildlife specialist, Adam entered our lives and instantly made us feel like everything would be okay. He didn't over promise, but he's made good on his word that he would continue catching and removing these relentless animals and look for innovative ways to prevent the raccoons from setting up shop on our rooftop, using our tenants patios and window sills as their private toilets! Most recently Adam noticed that the Raccoons were feeding on a neighbors berry tree that had grown considerably and was hanging over our flat roof. He recommended that we have the tree branches pruned as soon as possible and assured us that this action would make a noticeable difference. This is the kind of caring and considerate service everyone wants to experience. Especially when you are at your wits end about what to do. That's why I'm writing this, because everyone should be so blessed to work with a company that employs individuals who take pride in the work they do and consistently show up and do great work. We haven’t even started treatment yet and the customer service has been impeccable. Thank you to Melissa, Amy and Kadisha for your kindness, patience, and support as we navigate all the logistics of helping out our father. We will happily work with your company again based on the quality of care & commitment alone- that is if we ever find ourselves needing an exterminator in the future (hopefully not). Great team, great communication, even in the middle of the holidays!
