I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I rarely post reviews but this place was so above and beyond I felt that it would be unfair not to. I booked a stay here with my wife for our 20th anniversary. The concierge was available through the app so conveniently for months while I was planning the trip and gave me some great ideas. I had got ring as a gift and I planned dinner at the restaurant where I proposed. The concierge team arranged to take the ring to the restaurant and coordinated with them to have it brought out with desert. Everything went perfectly! And it was so frictionless and easy. The room was incredible and they even brought us a little platter with some complimentary macarons (which were delicious!) with a note in chocolate that said happy anniversary. Completely unexpected but very nice. All the basics were also handled so well that I wouldn’t be able to find a single fault. The site was perfect. We went for a lovely walking shopping trip in Yorkville. Overall I would say this is at the top of my list of memorable hotel experiences in my whole life. I wouldn’t be able to find a fault if I tried. Thank you!

I had a lovely first experience at the Four Seasons Spa. I booked the salt stone massage with Rhonda on a cloudy and chilly June afternoon, and it was a wonderful experience. Everything was on time with no delays, and Rhonda was very professional throughout the treatment. She continuously checked in, asked for my feedback, and made sure I was comfortable. I’m usually a fan of firm pressure massage, but this one was good too; it’s a medium pressure, so I’d recommend that for those who can’t stand firm pressure. It was my first time trying a stone massage, and I really enjoyed it. The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The pool is a good size for a relaxing swim, the heated jacuzzi was great, and the terrace area was a lovely place to spend time. I had lunch there with a glass of Prosecco, and although it took around 40 minutes for the food to arrive, it was worth the wait. The ingredients were fresh and everything tasted great. If you are on a tight schedule, I would recommend confirming timing with the team beforehand. I also really appreciated the small details, clean showers with eucalyptus mist, fresh towels, a great tea selection, snacks, and having a staff member welcome me and show me around since it was my first visit and the spa layout can be a little confusing at first. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that later in the day the pool atmosphere changed. There were children playing in the pool with lots of toys, splashing, jumping, and being loud; it did change the calm and relaxing ambience that I experienced when I first arrived. I personally was okay with it since I was leaving soon anyway, but it’s something to keep in mind if you are looking for a very quiet spa environment and you maybe need to search for adults only spa. Overall, I had a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

5 stars all around. First of all the responsiveness and professionalism of this staff is exceptional. Whether the online messaging platform or in person - tremendous customer service. The breakfast experience was truly wonderful. Food, ambiance and how well we were taken care of during the meal. The Conceirge and bell service some of the best I’ve ever experienced. And the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever experienced at a hotel. And we stayed for our anniversary and want to thank the hotel for making it special.

We had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. The service was truly impeccable from start to finish. My sister is pregnant, and I had added a note to our reservation ahead of time. When we arrived, there was already a body pillow waiting in the room for her, which was such a thoughtful touch. The spa also offered prenatal massage options, and everything felt very intentional, safe, and well cared for. We also loved the convenience of the house car service in the evenings instead of having to Uber to dinner. The location is perfect, especially if you want to be close to great shopping, restaurants, and Yorkville. Overall, the attention to detail, warmth, and level of service made our sister spa weekend feel so special. Highly recommend.

An Exceptional Stay at Four Seasons Toronto We stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto for two nights in August 2026 as a couple with our dog, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional. We stayed in a Yorkville Premier Room, which was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. What really stood out, though, was how genuinely welcoming the entire team was, especially when it came to our dog. They treated her like she was one of their own! 🐾❤️ When we arrived in our room, there was already a dog bed, bowls, and treats waiting for her. They even brought her fresh salmon for dinner, which may have officially made her a bigger fan of the Four Seasons than we are. Needless to say, she was very impressed with her accommodations! We arrived late on our first night, so we decided to order room service for dinner. We honestly expected typical hotel room service, but the food completely blew us away. Everything was absolutely delicious and far exceeded our expectations. They even brought specialty cocktails and a bottle of champagne to enjoy with dinner, which made our first night feel incredibly special. 🥂 We spent our full day at the spa, and it was exactly the kind of relaxing day we needed. The amenities were fantastic, and the steam room was incredible. One little tip: grab a bottle of their eucalyptus spray to take home. It’s such a great way to bring a little piece of that spa experience home with you! I also had a facial, massage, and my hair done at the salon, and we spent time relaxing on the outdoor patio and swimming in the indoor pool. It was the perfect spa day without ever feeling like we needed to leave the hotel. We also enjoyed lunch from the spa menu. I ordered the Asian slaw with a side of chicken, and I have to specifically mention the chicken because it was so moist and full of flavour. Everything was delicious and made the spa day even better. Just to clarify, we didn’t dine at any of the hotel’s restaurants during this stay. Our dining experience was room service on our first night and food from the spa menu during our spa day, and both were fantastic. What I appreciated most about our stay was that the service never felt forced or overly formal. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly, attentive, and seemed to take pride in making sure we were having a great experience. From the beautiful room and incredible spa to the outstanding food, thoughtful touches, and, most importantly, the way our dog was welcomed and cared for, this stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We absolutely loved our time at the Four Seasons Toronto and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in the city, especially if you’re travelling with your furry family member. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! 🥂🐾
