I purchased 2 garage doors for my home (new construction) in Nova Scotia. They were installed by professionals from Over Head doors. One door is great the other door is not great quality. When the temperature goes below freezing it freezes up in between the panels. Staff from the company has been out and observed this. I contacted Garaga as well one suggestion is to have a dehumidifier installed in my garage. Not acceptable!!! Could someone address my problem and fix it Thank you

A Garaga Representative examined our existing sagging garage door and confirmed that it required replacement before collapsing. As a compliment, he directed Garaga Technicians to add bracing to the existing garage door till the new Garaga garage door could be installed. The Representative had samples of different door thicknesses, surfaces and colours. He helped us decide on the closest match to our shutters and used graphics to illustrate what the new door would look like which was extremely helpful. The installation was done expertly with re-centering the electronic lifter. Since we have a lower height due to upper floor bathroom pipes, the Representative recommended installing a double rail which has worked much better than the original single lifting rail track. We chose then highest quality and I was impressed with the materials used in manufacture and the care taken to install the door. The Garaga Technician came on a subsequent visit to check on the door operation which was great. I have since seen a few other houses in our neighbourhood that have Garaga garage doors. Based on our experience I would recommend this company.

I had a garage door installed by Overhead Doors from Mount Pearl, Newfoundland. Very happy with their work and customer service. Thanks so very much. Mark White and his team were excellent to deal with.

Our old door buckled and was impossible to fix. The installer came around and did a temporary fix and then after the selected door was available he quickly installed the new door. Very professional and clean throughout. The door is a sturdy design and very well fitted. I would not hesitate in future recommending them to friends and family should there needs arise for a garage door replacement.

Was very efficient and on time. I was very glad Gille helped me pick the right door, I wasn't going with the window, and I am so glad I did. Wow the look is amazing.
