Absolutely horrific. Construction for Bell south Mississauga in a prestigious residential area; ripped up properties grass, broke sprinkler systems, cut cable, left sidewalks all spray painted with marks and arrows. Crew so rude and disrespectful cussing and swearing at home owners who would approach to ask them questions about the construction. Please come back and fix our properties the way you found them. And clean up your mess. Tipperary crt, Ifeild, Portway and all surrounding streets!!!

Aecon was contracted through Bell to put in a line to my neighbours house, which would have to go through my property. They gave me 2 options, directional/tunnel drilling and cutting my paved driveway. I had decided on directional drilling, and when discussing this with Aecon, they were quite pushy with their preference of cutting my driveway, and wanted me to think about it before deciding. I kept my decision of tunnel drilling. I came home to my driveway cut, against the agreed upon project. Since, Aecon has been unprofessional and difficulty to get a hold of. They do not want to take reasonable accountability of the situation. In dealing with the claims department, they have been timely and professional in their response, however the opposite is true for the project and business divisions. Disappointed is an understatement in this whole situation and how it has been dealt with. I would not recommend Aecon has a contractor, and if they are doing work on your property, do get orders in writing and be home when they are doing work to ensure they are performing the agreed upon duties.

Unfortunately I can’t find the Charlotte location so this will have to do. My father delivered a $500 catering order to the Charlotte office and they had the nerve to not tip him. Nothing for getting their food on time and hot. Rude and classless

Highly Professional and good working landscape construction crew. Got to see them working here in Markham in front of my house. They were super efficient and managed heavy traffic all while snowing. Even cleared our driveway! Thank You Aecon Group Inc.

Today, I had a dangerous encounter with a careless driver from your company (licence plate BV 55976) who failed to stop at a clearly marked stop sign while making a left turn, abruptly cutting me off in traffic. I was forced to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision, and with all my tools inside my vehicle, it created a hazardous situation. The recklessness of that maneuver could have easily caused an accident or serious injury. It’s extremely concerning that someone driving a company vehicle—especially one towing a trailer—would disregard basic traffic laws. Companies should seriously reconsider who they allow behind the wheel when public safety is at stake. Not stopping at a stop sign is also illegal…. Hopefully you get back to me. And get the driver off the wheel. Cause it’s obvi not the first time.
