Broccolini

IRT amazon warehouse on merivale, project done by these losers. Broccolini is dismantling the frame because it's sinking. Yep, "someone" failed to install the proper foundation in soil that is heavy with Leda Clay. Guess what? The new Ottawa Police Headquarters that's under construction on Prince of Wales has the same problem! It's sinking too - **Maybe CTV Ottawa should ask a few question about how THAT Ottawa taxpayer funded project is being fixed. Ottawa Police Services Board minutes show it will cost an additional 10 million dollars and add a year construction time to the project. Broccolini Construction is the contractor on both projects. The Montreal company says it can fix the sinking Police Station, but needs to start from scratch when the client is AMAZON. That raises a few questions in my mind.

This company is probably the worst developer I’ve ever been involved with. They built 720 Saint Jacques, Montreal. This building has windows falling out of it and it’s been all over the mainstream media. The speed elevators they put in don’t work half the time. I’ve been both stuck on my floor for hours missing work or even been I have been stuck in the basement for hours with no cell service. This is a huge safety issue. They sold the fitness room as going to be a state of the art gym. It’s has 3 benches and some nonsense non commercial cardio equipment that will not last. Their workers walk into my unit I already occupy as they wish. And due to all of this I’m already looking at moving as this will go on forever. At 700 saint Jacques it took them over a year to open the amenities. AVOID any of their developments

I don't know about the past of this company and its reputation in construction of business / commercial buildings, but when it comes to residential buildings, they are a huge failure! Terrible quality finishings, tiles poorly sealed, water leaks, low quality home appliances. And when, for instance, the poorly sealed tiles cause water infiltration and damage, and we reach them, they say it was due to "wear and tear"...seriously, in a two years condo? This is ridiculous! Please, do yourself a favor, and stay away from these predators! Do not buy any residential 'whatever' they construct, cause if you do, be certain about losses and headaches.
