Gorgeous building for events! Safe with security out front and absolutely lovely amenities, very clean and lots of space. Also balcony access if you need to step outside and get some fresh air.

Very nice building and all the facilities inside are of very high quality. The surroundings of the location leave much to be desired.

Very Disappointing and Misleading Customer Experience I purchased a legal book from Thomson Reuters in Feb 2026 as a one time backup reference. I had no intention of subscribing to future editions. To my surprise, Thomson Reuters later sent me a second edition and advised that I was enrolled in an automatic reordering/subscription arrangement. I do not recall knowingly requesting or intentionally agreeing to automatic future deliveries. I contacted them immediately and explained that the second book was unused and that I had not knowingly ordered it. Despite this, I was told they would not accept the return. From a customer’s perspective, this is extremely concerning. If purchasing one book creates an ongoing obligation to receive and pay for future editions, that condition should be clear, prominent and unmistakable before the purchase is completed. I am not alleging what may technically have appeared somewhere in their terms. I am simply stating my experience: I believed I was purchasing one book, did not knowingly intend to subscribe to future editions, and only became aware of the alleged subscription after another book was sent to me. The refusal to accept an unused, unexpected shipment makes the situation even more disappointing. For a major legal publisher, I expected much greater transparency and customer service. Customers should actively choose to purchase future editions rather than discover afterward that they were apparently enrolled in automatic delivery. Anyone ordering from Thomson Reuters should carefully check whether the purchase includes a standing order, subscription, automatic update, or future edition delivery. This experience has significantly reduced my confidence in purchasing directly from Thomson Reuters again.
