OK Tire Stores Inc.

I’ve been to plenty of shops over the years, but the experience I just had at OK Tire South Surrey was on a completely different level. I want to give a massive shout-out to Yort, the Service Manager. To say he blew me away would be an understatement. I received a level of "above and beyond" customer service and unprecedented support that I have quite literally never experienced in the industry before. A word of caution for anyone reading this: Don’t try to save a few bucks by going to random mechanics in South Surrey. I learned the hard way that "cheap" often ends up being expensive. I should’ve just gone to Yort in the first place. Needless to say l’ll be back! Yort didn't just treat me like another invoice; he took genuine ownership of the situation and made sure I was completely taken care of. It’s rare to find that kind of integrity and dedication these days. If you want your vehicle handled by someone who actually cares about the customer, go see Yort!

I took my car in to be worked on and they were able to do the job for a better price. They also found that a competitor was recommending work that didn’t need to be done. Thanks to York and the team for doing an honest good job! I will be going back for sure.

Professionally run establishment. On my visit everyone starting with York was very helpful and friendly. The repair was done as promised and within estimate. I would highly recommend South Surrey OK Tire to anyone needing an auto repair facility. Thank you York for a job well done on a timely basis.

I just got service done and had new tires installed and I noticed I had a vibration over 100kms - So I had to return to Oktire to get it looked after. Great group of guys, they noticed the problem right away and had me back on the road in confidence, thank you 🙏🏿

The folks their are honest and professional. I Took my car in for a job I had in mind would be the solution to my problem, but the they proposed a more permanent solution with a better price even. The shop is well equipped with 4 car lifts, a tire machine, an exhaust machine, a wheel alignment machine and an AC machine. Not to forget the coffee machine ;) and the TV equipped waiting area. I got a free visual inspection and on top of all a Thank you letter from the shop owner. All in all I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you Amin's Mighty Tune and Brake.
