Last time I was there one of the employees asked if I wanted my dad’s 35” A/T tires on my van. They were in the back for an another reason so red flag there among other issues. This time they told my sister she needed new tires and hers were worn. Looks fine to me. Service has been getting worse and worse at this location.

Got a nail in my tire on my way to Kelowna for the Dream Rally charity fundraiser. The team at Kal Tire got me in immediately without having to wait and fixed my tire and I was on my way quickly. Thank you for the amazing customer service at this location and saving me from missing out on the rally!!!

I came to the shop to repair a wheel on my trailer. I explained that I have a one-hour drive home and really needed help. At first they said “ok,” but then they told me the screw went in too close to the edge of the tire and said I had to buy a new tire or figure out myself how to get home. Thanks for the help, and good luck to you.

Not just tire service. Since moving to Vernon 3 years ago, I’ve been able to get my GLC serviced at Kal tire. Besides having purchased both winter and summer tires, I’ve also had regular oil services, systems inspected and brakes/rotors replaced. Service has been great.

I would highly recommend this tire store to anyone in Vernon or the surrounding area! I ended up with a flat tire on the highway and headed in here. They got me in immediately did it professionally and I got out in less than an hour. Highly recommend this store.
