Very disappointed about my last visit for car repair. Took vehicle in for my appointment. While checking in i had to ask the service agent to speak up 4 times, and i have good hearing. Then he informs me that their mechanics declined to service the vehicle and i needed to go to a manufacturer specialist. My fuel filter either needed cleaning or replacing, but they would not do the diagnostics or repair.

Avoid this location for mechanical repairs. I was charged $150 for an inspection only for them to refuse to repair a known AC leak that another Canadian Tire store fixed for me last year. They’ll happily take your diagnostic fee, but don’t expect any actual resolution to your vehicle's issues. Extremely frustrated with the lack of service and inconsistency.

They damaged my TPMS sensor during a tire change on my 2024 Lexus NX350, did not disclose it, installed an aftermarket sensor without consent, and failed multiple times to fix the issue. Manager refused to cover dealer diagnosis despite admitting fault. Very disappointing experience. I will never ever visit there again.

They installed my winter tires and changed my wipers. This low rating isn’t based on the work itself but on their customer service. One specific issue is that they didn’t lock my car, which they parked in a general overflow parking lot once done, out of view from the service centre (which they didn’t think to mention when I picked up my keys). This wouldn’t be an issue if they adhered by appointment times, but my appointment at 8:00 was actually just a drop-off time with service finished hours later, so my after work pick-up meant that my car was unlocked for 5 hours. I don’t recommend this auto centre as they clearly don’t care about their customers.

BEST customer service experience ever with """Nick"""...GREAT job with fixing my flat tire quickly and perfectly. More importantly he made me feel welcomed to the store with such great attitudes!
