We are looking for an experienced flooring specialist or trade team to apply a professional-grade epoxy coating to our garage floor.
Scope of Work / What Needs Doing:
Surface Preparation: Mechanical grinding/shot-blasting of the concrete to ensure proper adhesion, plus crack repair and filling of any surface pits.
Primer & Base Coat: Application of a high-quality moisture barrier/primer and the main epoxy base coat.
Finish / Flake System: Application of decorative color flakes/chips (or solid color/metallic finish, depending on recommendation) for slip resistance and visual appeal.
Topcoat: Clear UV-resistant polyurethane or polyaspartic topcoat for high durability, chemical resistance, and a glossy/satin finish.
Access & Site Details:

Condition: Currently bare concrete / minor oil stains (please let us know if deep cleaning is required).
Access: Easy access with driveway parking available for equipment.
