Trying to put in a google review about my deplorable service by first choice liquor. But the corporate line seems to be, whole department to process positive reviews, but nothing for negative reviews. How does a company grow without feedback, and why are you avoiding comments???

Gave up trying to speak to relevant person after waiting for 30 minutes..my time is just as precious as your staff’s! Especially Bunnings who are only good at denying having any knowledge re my query/complaints even thought the situation is RIGHT AT THEIR FRONT DOOR! But then, this is what happens when a Company has virtually no competition. Bunnings missing out on a $550 sale....do the staff care..hell no!
