This is the worst maccas of all time! I just wanted a bloody chesburger and they gave it me cold, stale and sauce outside the burger! No only that, workers sound lazy and not up for the job. Cockatoos bloody everywhere trying to break into my car and steal my food! At this point foods so bad just feed to the bloody birds😡 not happy, one star.

The food here today was disgusting. The oil needs to be changed (black specs on everything) and everything tasted like cardboard. The staff were rude. So disappointing given corporate is across the road. Obviously the manager (red bow Sunday 1 Feb at 11:45pm) has no idea what she is doing.

We stopped at Thornleigh McDonalds to buy food and visited the men’s amenities. It was in an absolutely filthy state. I have no other words to describe that. One of the toilets smelt of dry urine and stunk with poo not only on the ceramic edges but at the edge of the seat as well. Both handwash containers were sitting on the sink and the place was wet. I reported this to the manager and he said he would get someone on to it. I reminded him it had been like that for sometime due to the dry stench of urine that permeated the place. I have to say the public toilets in parks were in a much cleaner state!!

One of the manager's there has been noticeably disrespectful and blatantly rude on multiple occasions, to not only myself but others in the drive-thru line. This McDonald's also commonly forgets items and utensils, or doesn't give the quantity or size indicated by the customer. Again, on multiple occasions as compared with other McDonald's in the area that seem to do a far better job in successfully completing and organising an order. Typically plenty of empty parking spaces, so I'll give them that I suppose.
