After many successful years Roland and Debbie were ready for a change and sold the business to the Flanagan family. Their daughter Susie, fresh from Drysdale House, brought new energy — expanding the margarita flavours in a way that proved enormously popular. Sisters Kelly and Ally worked alongside her, making margarita mixes and keeping the kitchen humming. When an opportunity opened up on Morrison Street, Susie came back.
