Several years ago when I created my startup I joined LegalVision and since then they have helped me create Trademarks, manage my IP, create work contracts for interns and casual employees, discuss potential litigation, review grant applications, and so much more. The process was so easy, all requests kick off with a face to face video consult, then end with deliverables on their portal. Their lawyers are knowledgeable and if something is unknown it is quickly escalated. You should definitely consider them if you are looking for strong consistent ongoing legal services, especially for tech domain startups.
