Kustom Timber Melbourne

Ryan, Stella and the team from Kustom Timber are wonderful to work with. I was a renovation and construction newbie and Ryan and Stella were always really patient with me when I was asking a million questions. Ryan and his install team have been really accommodating and have worked in beautifully with my builder. Their quality and attention to detail is first rate as well. Overall 5 stars highly recommended.

Kustom Timber removed a tiled floor from our apartment and replaced it with a beautiful herringbone timber floor. Alexis in the showroom was helpful in deciding Kustom Timber could address our project to our satisfaction. The project was not entilrely straight forward. It was in a multistorey building which posed logistic issues for access and avoiding inconvenience to other residents. A large area of existing tiled flooring required removal. Floor areas were also irregular in shape. Heath estimated the required materials accurately. Sam headed project management in an outstanding fashion. He kept us informed of timelines and and promptly addressed any minor glitches that arose. His team included Kurt, Mick, Darren, Riley, Raoul, Ariel and Johnny. They all contributed to the final floor product. It is now a feature of our apartment and it consistently prompts compliments from our visitors. We had no hesitation in recommending Kustom to friends in our apartment building who have now engaged Kustom for their renovation. Thanks Kustom.

We wanted cork flooring for our new flat, a relatively small job of around 60sqm, and we were working with a limited budget. From the beginning, Erin managed the sale with professional ease, flexibility and efficiency. She was always available to talk things through and, worked with us to find ways to reduce the cost rather than pushing us towards a more expensive option. We removed the existing tiles and carpet ourselves, and she was more than happy to accommodate this as a way of making the project work within our budget. The flooring team were polite, clean and efficient, and Ryan managed the installation with a rare combination of professionalism, warmth and genuine care. He was personable, down to earth and invested in getting the best possible result. What we appreciated most was that, despite ours being a relatively small job, we never felt like a small client. We were treated with the same care, respect and attention you would hope to receive on a much larger project. We obtained several quotes and Kustom came in somewhere around the middle on price, but the level of service, communication and quality of the finished floor far exceeded what we expected. For anyone considering cork flooring, particularly if you are trying to work within a sensible budget, I couldn’t recommend Kustom highly enough.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Kustom Timber. From early dealings with Stella in the showroom to the installation by Mick the master, all under the supervision of Ryan, the overall service and quality of the whole process has been exceptional. As an ‘owner builder’ who’s had some pretty average dealings with other trades, that simply don’t take much pride in their work, Kustom Timber have been the exception. We had the engineered Oak 'Calypso' installed and it looks fantastic! Thank you to all.

We recently installed Kustom flooring with a herringbone feature in the colour ‘Storm’ and the result is stunning. From the outset, Stella in the showroom was fantastic. She guided us through the options with strong knowledge and made the whole selection process easy and enjoyable. Ryan then managed the installation, from site visits to coordinating with both myself and our builder for installation. The team was professional, good communicators and clearly takes pride in their work. The product itself looks incredible and we are very happy with the experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Kustom Flooring.
