We purcahsed a radiator online which was displayed as 'In Stock' on the website. We were then informed that it wasn't actually in stock, it would need to be manufactured at the Perth factory and would take two weeks. After two weeks we had received no tracking number or update so we called. We were told there was a delay with the freight carrier but it had been manufactured. We waited another week and still no word. After more back and forth emails in the following WEEKS, we finally realised that it was being manufactured in China. After 6 weeks we finally received the radiator. If Worley do not have stock, cancel your order and order directly from eBay or another supplier. Terrible communcation and customer service and blatant lies about ETAs.
