Utterly useless company if you buy an apartment and need rectification. I have faults that are one year old with no fix.

Very well kept offices with great indoor greenery creating a relaxing vibe and charm. Having met the Concierge staff, I was well catered for from start to finish.

I'm a resident of 270 pennant hills road carlingford right next to a lend lease project. Lend lease has blocked my drive way since August 2022 and now it's May 2023 no communication, no compensation, won't answer my calls, when they do it just passing the buck blaming it the council. Jimmy Chung is just a story teller making Lend lease problems my problems and making me pay for it. My parents are in their 70s Jimmy Chung blocks my drive way and say it ok and makes my parents park on the next block away and walk to their own home. It feels like Lend Lease is bulling my family. Not really a good corporate citizen. It is very disappointing that I have to write a review on google hoping someone from lend lease will acknowledge my plight that they have affected my day to day living for me and my elderly parents. If no one from lend lease contacts me and resolve my problem I will contact someone from the media. 2 gb seem like the fight for the little guys like me.

Lend lease was applying for a bid for rebuilding an a move. There was lots of technical equipment in the move with something they have very little experience with. They called my companies support line and asked for assistance. As we assist the users of the equipment, not 4th party companies, we explained that we could assist but our customers take priority. About an hour later we got a very nasty call with lots of abuse, a tirade saying if Lend Lease fails to secure their tender for the construction project, that everything was our fault and that I’ll lose my job soon. Pure bullying.
