Whilst I'm unable to provide specific feedback for 1 star rating, I want to ensure you can take something away from the experience. Some insights that engineering companies should consider: - Timely responses to emails, calls, and concerns go a long way in maintaining strong client relationships. - GHD has several offices all around the world which is amazing - GHD has lot of services and I think that is highly qualifying I encourage you to keep on improving your services, that may align more closely with your company

Worst service ever. I gave my ghd as their was a problem more than a month ago. I have been trying to reach the through email. No response. The only line working via call is just the payment line. When reaching the customer care it says we are available between 9 am to 2 pm queenland time. And it’s already 10am … i had to buy another curler as i am very frequent use of curling tong..all i need is my money back now. I am done calling and emailing GHD for a response. But wont recommend GHD to anyone. If a problem arrives they will tell you to return the product and keep it with themselves.
