I called this firm asking for an investor relations person. Reception didnt know who this person. I eventually got a call back from an investor relations person who said he wasnt a dodgy law firm who in my opinion generally charge people exorbitant fees often for doing very little. He denied they were a law firm. When I went onto their website there were numerous references to legal services & attorneys. Their marketing person also went down that line of argument stating they were a professional services firm. I couldnt get answers out of them on how they generate ongoing recurrent revenue. Moreover there are references to software sales but it isnt clear what the software actually does. I suspect this firm is full of lawyers but they want to deny it. Law firms have a history of ripping off shareholders ie slater & gordon. As a share investor I felt I may not being told the truth & their website was pretty vague regarding software & ongoing revenue. Im going to steer clear of a company that in my opinion is not entirely honest in what they actually do, their software & their recurrent revenue.
