I have always bought my cochlear accessories on this website and would receive an email with my tax invoice. But this time I received only Australia Post notification. So my husband rang and got through to accounts and there was a message. So I emailed them and it said be in touch soon. Nothing happened and that was two ago. So my husband rang today finally got through and sorted out the problem. Something has differently changed thereit is not the same.

I received my Cochlear 6 implant 18 months ago. I just had to reorder a NEW battery charging kit, since the wires which connect to the charger became frayed much sooner than I would have imagined. There are two wires which connect to the charger at its base and I think that the manufacturer should be able to improve the quality of the connection so that it does not break down so quickly. I used duct tape to hold the charger together until the replacement was received last week. I DO APPLAUD THE FAST SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM COCHLEAR IN SENDING ME THE NEW CHARGER.
