Japanese import Toyota century. John and the team did great at not only finding tires & alignment specs for it, but also swapping out a few of the wheel studs which were showing their age (and snapped). Incredibly friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Had an excellent experience at Bob Jane Oakleigh! John was super efficient and incredibly friendly from start to finish. He sorted out my new tyres and wheel alignment quickly, making the whole process completely stress-free. Fantastic customer service—I highly recommend dealing with him. Will definitely be back!

Exceptional care and superior customer service. Today, we were with a friend at a family funeral on our return we noticed a huge nail stuck on our tyre. We attended with mo appointment and they fitted us on and removed the nail and repaired the tyre. Jackson from the store did this repair on the house. We were so moved, humbled and appreciate. A random act of kindness always goes a very long way. Thank you so very much. We will be sure ti be back and tell all our family and friends 😁

I booked an appointment at Bob Jane Oakleigh today after finding a nail in one of my tyres. As soon as I arrived, the team warmly welcomed me and took care of everything. I spoke with one of the technicians who was checking my car and explained to him my concern about the nail in the tyre. He smiled and reassured me, saying, "Don't worry, we'll look after it." That immediately put my mind at ease. While waiting in the lounge with a coffee, I overheard John explaining different tyre options to another customer. I don't know much about tyres myself, but I was impressed by how detailed, patient, and informative he was. I thought I might need new tyres as well, so I ended up listening in because the information was very helpful. A little later, I noticed the technician had not only inspected my tyre but had also checked and inflated all other tyres and reset the tyre pressure monitoring system (MMI) for me. What surprised me most was when they called me over and told me there would be no charge at all—they had taken care of everything and said it was "on us today." This level of customer service completely exceeded my expectations. The team was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping rather than selling. A big thank you to John and the technician who helped me today. I highly recommend Bob Jane Oakleigh and will definitely return in the future.

If you are looking for new tyres, Bob Jane T-mart Oakleigh is the place to go! Not only they offer better prices and service, all the staff there are super friendly and kind! I was expecting nothing other than tyre installation and wheel alignment, but John, who I met there for the first time took care of my car and notified me with some faults on my car that I wasn’t aware of. He helped me out with introducing me to another trustworthy mechanic on a good will too. So when you visit Bob Jane T-mart Oakleigh, John and other staff are going to take a good care of your car & tyres. Definitely recommend! - Hyojoon
